Upon arrival, the room was not cleaned properly, with trash and mildew in the shower. The front desk staff were inconsistent, with some being rude during interactions. I was also disappointed by the lack of towels, having only one and a dirty floor mat for the bathroom.

where do I even begin? the housekeeping is a disaster, with dirty socks hiding under the sofa—absolutely gross. also, the pool was a towel desert, just ridiculous! and after all that, I expected a complimentary snack or at least a room upgrade but got nothing. almost left a good review, but, just couldn’t.

Had a great time with friends! The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast area was always clean. We enjoyed exploring nearby attractions and even caught some fun shows on cable. It's a good spot for a group getaway, just be ready for depending on the main breakfast options.

my last stay in harrisburg was decent, but residence inn really exceeded my expectations. the studio was beautifully furnished with everything needed for comfort, and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of delicious options. this stopover was perfectly relaxing after a long journey.
